Deluxe Oval Shadow brush is for an all over application or placement brush for shadow. 
You may sweep shadow all over for a wash of color or for a more intense pigmented application stamp the brush and press onto the lid. May be applied with both light to dark shades of color. Wipe clean on tissue between applications of different color.
