Taklon Mini Liner brush is for use of detailed work. With eyeliner or detailed artistry to the eyelid. Best used with a wet liner, crème liner, transformer, or liquid liner detail. 
Apply liner brush to liner and apply from either the inner or outer corner depending upon the style of liner desired. Brush is great for winged liner and very precision application.
